Abstract: Superficial content is one of the most prominent phenomena in the digital age, widely spreading across social media platforms and shaping individuals' modes of expression, thought, and behavior. This phenomenon has become embedded in users’ everyday practices, as it is produced rapidly within a digital environment dominated by entertainment and content lacking meaningful substance. This study explores the phenomenon from a digital anthropology perspective, aiming to understand how such content is produced, why it garners massive popularity, and how it relates to the social and cultural transformations taking place in contemporary society.
