Abstract
This study aimed to explore the relationship between artificial intelligence and university professors, focusing on its impact on scientific research and its role in shaping the future of universities, through a field study of the views of university professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Tebessa. The study seeks to provide in-depth insights into the opportunities and challenges posed by these technologies, and to propose effective strategies to enhance integration between artificial intelligence and the academic environment, in a way that achieves a balance between technology and the role of the human element in university education
