الملخص
ملخص: في ظلّ التطوّرات الهائلة التي يشهدها العالم، من تقدّم علمي ّ وتكنولوجي، وكمّ معلوماتي زاخر، بات من الضروري بل من الحتميّ مسايرة هذه التطوّرات، ومحاولة مجاراتها خاصّة في الدول العربية، التي كانت ولا زالت تهتمّ بلغتها الأمّ اللغة العربية، تلك اللغة الراقية في مفرداتها وتراكيبها التي تمتاز بها، وكنوزها الاشتقاقية التي فاقت وانفردت بها عن كلّ لغات العالم، ولكي تكون هذه الأخيرة مواكبة لهذا التطوّر، سعت المنظمات العربية والهيئات والجامعات وحتّى مراكز الدعم في التعليم، إلى استحداث نظم وبرامج ومنصّات إلكترونية لتعليم وتعلّم اللغة العربية دوليا، وحتّى تكون في متناول الجميع، خاصّة فئة الناطقين بغير اللغة العربية، فهي ليست حكرا على العرب فقط، بل وحتّى من أراد تعلّمها من مختلف بقاع العالم، فالملاحظ في الآونة الأخيرة أنّ الاهتمام باللغة العربية قد زاد، وأصبحت تقام لها المؤتمرات والندوات واللّقاءات العلمية بغية نشرها وتوسيع تدريسها حتّى تصبح لغة العالم ككلّ. ولأجل رفعها ودعمها، قامت الهيئات المخوّلة بمحاولة تطوير المنصّات الإلكترونية وتزويدها بمختلف الدعائم والوسائط المساعدة في عمليتيّ التعليم والتعلّم, من خلال هذه الإضاءات نتساءل عن إمكانية تعليم وتعلّم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها؟ وعن مدى فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني لنشر هذه الأخيرة؟ وعن الطرق والآليات المتّبعة في ذلك؟ Abstract: In light of the tremendous developments that the world is witnessing, in terms of scientific and technological progress, and the abundant amount of information, it has become necessary and even necessary to keep pace with these developments, and try to keep up with them, especially in the Arab countries, which were and still are concerned with their mother tongue, the Arabic language, that sophisticated language in the world. Its vocabulary and structures that distinguish it, and its etymological treasures that surpass and are unique to all the languages of the world, and in order for the latter to keep pace with this development, Arab organizations, bodies, universities, and even support centers in education, have sought to develop systems, programs, and electronic platforms for teaching and learning the Arabic language internationally, and so that it can be It is accessible to everyone, especially non-Arabic speakers, as it is not limited to Arabs only. Even for those who want to learn it from different parts of the world, it has been observed recently that interest in the Arabic language has increased, and conferences, seminars and scientific meetings are being held for it in order to spread it and expand its teaching until it becomes the language of the entire world. In order to raise and support it, the authorized bodies have attempted to develop electronic platforms and provide them with various supports and media to assist in the teaching and learning processes. Through these insights, we ask about the possibility of teaching and learning the Arabic language to non-native speakers? How effective is e-learning to spread the latter? What are the methods and mechanisms used in this?
