Primary School And The Application Of Total Quality Standards Reality And Obstacles (a Field Study On A Sample Of Schools In Saida City)

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of total quality standards in the primary school from the point of view of the principals in the city of Saida, the study sample of 60 principals and principals of a primary school, the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, the results found that the application of total quality standards in primary schools came to an average degree and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in the application of total quality standards in primary school, while there are statistically significant differences attributed to years of professional experience in favor of Years of experience less than 5 years.
