الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة آليات مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني للحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدا الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي لتناسبه وموضوع الدراسة، مستخدما الاستبيان كأداة لدراسة والمتمثلة في استبيان ( اليات مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني للحد من طاهرة العنف) من تصميم الباحثين ضم ( 22) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة ابعاد هي (المرافقة والوساطة والاعلام) على عينة من مستشاري التوجيه على مستوى ولاية تامنغست، كان عددهم (41) مستشارا موزعين على 41 مؤسسة تعليمية بالتعليم الثانوي والمتوسط. وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية الى النتائج التالية: يوجد تباين في استخدام آليات مستشار التوجيه للحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي لصالح بعد المرافقة . وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آليات مستشار التوجيه للحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. وهذا لصالح المستشارين الذين يملكون سنوات عمل تفوق 20 سنة. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آليات مستشار التوجيه للحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي تعزى لمتغير التخصص. لصالح تخصص علم النفس. Abstract: The current study aims to know the mechanisms of counselors in schools and professional institutions to reduce the phenomenon of violence in the school environment. To achieve this, the researchers relied on the descriptive approach for its suitability to the subject of the study, using the questionnaire as a study tool represented in the questionnaire (Mechanisms of counselors in schools and professional institutions to reduce the phenomenon of violence in the school environment) designed by the researchers, including (22) paragraphs distributed over three dimensions, which are (accompaniment, mediation and media) on a sample of guidance counselors at the level of Tamanrasset district, the number was (41) counselors distributed over 41 educational institutions in secondary and intermediate schools. The current study reached the following results: There is a difference in the use of guidance counseling mechanisms to reduce the phenomenon of violence in the school environment in favor of the accompaniment dimension. There are statistically significant differences in the guidance counseling mechanisms to reduce the phenomenon of violence in the school environment attributed to the variable of experience. This is in favor of counselors who have more than 20 years of experience. There are statistically significant differences in the guidance counselor's mechanisms to reduce the phenomenon of violence in the school environment due to the variable of specialization in favor of the psychology specialization. Résumé : La présente étude visait à connaître les mécanismes du conseiller d'orientation scolaire et professionnelle pour réduire le phénomène de violence en milieu scolaire, pour y parvenir, les chercheurs se sont appuyés sur l'approche descriptive adaptée au sujet de l'étude. utiliser le questionnaire comme outil d'étude du questionnaire (Mécanismes du conseiller d'orientation scolaire et professionnelle pour réduire la violence pure) de La conception des chercheurs comprenait (22) items répartis en trois dimensions : (accompagnement, médiation et information) sur un échantillon de conseillers d'orientation au niveau de l'État Tamangiste. Leur nombre était de (41) conseillers répartis dans 41 établissements d'enseignement secondaire et intermédiaire. La présente étude atteint les résultats suivants : Il existe une différence dans l'utilisation des mécanismes du conseiller d'orientation pour réduire le phénomène de violence en milieu scolaire en faveur de la dimension d'accompagnement. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans les mécanismes du conseiller d’orientation pour réduire le phénomène de violence en milieu scolaire en raison de la variable d’expérience. Ceci profite aux consultants qui ont plus de 20 ans d’expérience. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans les mécanismes du conseiller d’orientation pour réduire le phénomène de violence en milieu scolaire en raison de la variable de spécialisation.
