الملخص

تستكشف هذه الدراسة "رؤية الجزائر 2030" نحو تنفيذ خطة التنمية المستدامة، والتي تعد استراتيجية وطنية طموحة تهدف إلى إعادة هيكلة الاقتصاد الجزائري وتحسين جودة الحياة للمواطنين، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الأبعاد الثلاثة للتنمية المستدامة: الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية. هذه الرؤية تتقاطع مع خطة التنمية المستدامة العالمية 2030 التي تبنتها الأمم المتحدة، مع تكييفها وفق الأولويات الوطنية للجزائر. تقدم الدراسة استعراضا عاما لأهم المشاريع الضخمة التي سيتم إنجازها مابين 2025-2030، والتي تهدف الجزائر من خلالها إلى تحقيق تحول جذري في مختلف القطاعات مع التركيز على الخصائص المحلية لكل منطقة والاستفادة من خصائصها. This study explores Algeria's Vision 2030 towards implementing the Sustainable Development Plan, an ambitious national strategy aimed at restructuring the Algerian economy and improving the quality of life for citizens, taking into account the three dimensions of sustainable development: economic, social, and environmental. This vision intersects with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted by the United Nations, while adapting it to Algeria's national priorities. The study provides an overview of the most important mega-projects to be implemented between 2025 and 2030, through which Algeria aims to achieve a radical transformation in various sectors, focusing on the local characteristics of each region and leveraging their unique features.
