الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المهارات الناعمة في الحد من ضغوط العمل، وتم إسقاطها على الوكالة الوطنية للسدود والتحويلات بالجزائر. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد دراسة وصفية وتحليلية لمعطيات الوكالة محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى استخدام الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات التي تم تحليلها بالإعتماد على الحزمة الإحصائية (spss)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المهارات الناعمة والضغوط المهنية بالوكالة محل الدراسة ، كما قدمت الدراسة في ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات المتعلقة بالموضوع. Abstract: This study ains to identify the role of soft skills in redncing wark stress, focusing on the national agency of dams and transfers in Algiers, Algeria. To achierre the dohectives of the study, a descriptive and analyticel study of the data from the agency vndre consideration was conducted, in addition to using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The data was analysed using the statistical package for the social sciences )spss( . the stady concluded with several findings , the most / significant being the escistence of a statistically significant relationship between soft skills and work stress at the agency vnder stuty . in light of these findings, the study presented a set of recommendations and suggestions related to the topic .
