المجلة الأورومتوسطية لاقتصاديات السياحة و الفندقة مفتوحة للاستقبال

و ترحب بمساهمات الباحثين من داخل الجزائر و خارجها، و تقوم بمعالجة البحوث المقبولة من طرف المحكمين و نشرها مجانا.

عملية إستقبال، تقييم المقال ومتابعته

1- يراعى تخصص المجلة، المقالات المستقبلة لا بد أن تكون في تخصصات السياحة و الفندقة و أن يكون البحث مفيدا، بالنسبة للمقالات التحليلية و المقالات المعتمدة على سلاسل زمنية لا بد أن تكون آخر سنة هي n-2 على الأقل، بالنسبة للمقالات المرسل لهذه السنة 2022 لا بد ان تنتهي السلسلة على الأقل سنة 2020.

2- يستقبل المقال إداريا اذا كان يلتزم بكل الشروط بما فيها احترام القالب الخاص بالمجلة، اذا خالف ذلك يتم رفض المقال اداريا.

(عند التسجيل ينبغي إعطاء أهمية قصوى للبيانات القاعدية المطلوبة و ينبغي التأكد من صحة هذه البيانات: عنوان البحث، الاسم و اللقب لكل المشتركين في البحث، الاميلات الصحيحة لكل المشتركين في البحث، الملخص بلغتين على الأقل منها ملخص بلغة البحث و اللغة الانجليزية، و في حالة كون البحث باللغة الانجليزية نضيف ملخص بالعربية او الفرنسية، كما يؤكد أيضا على الكلمات المفتاحية)

3- على جميع الباحثين المشتركين في المقال تأكيد ملكيتهم للمقال عبر الرسالة الآلية التي تصلهم والتي تحمل عنوان : Submission Confirmation و في حالة عدم تأكيد الملكية من جميع المشتركين في المقال خلال 15 يوما يتم رفض المقال اداريا.

4- عند قبول المقال اداريا، يتم إغفال هوية الباحث أو الباحثين و توجيه المقال للتحكيم من طرف محكمين إثنين و يكون قرار هيئة التحرير حسب الحالات التالية:

5- في حالة المقال المقبول بتحفظ، على الباحث إجراء التعديلات المطلوبة و إعادة ارساله من خلال الايقونة الخاصة، يتم من جديد اغفال المقال و تحويله لنفس المحكمين لاعطاء القرار النهائي، يمكن اصطحاب المقال المعدل برسالة توضيحية تتضمن الاجابة على الاسئلة و الاستفسارات التي يمكن للمحكين طرحها لكن دون وضع هوية الباحث عليها.

6- إذا قبل البحث بصفة نهائية يتم إشعار المؤلف المراسل بذلك، و يمكنه طلب شهادة وعد بالنشر بعد إدراج المراجع من خلال الايقونة الخاصة في حسابه.

اذا رفض المقال رفضا نهائيا يتم إبلاغ المؤلف المراسل بذلك.

7- قبول المقال لا يعني صدوره في العدد الموالي مباشرة.

8- القبول العلمي للمقال لا يعني نشره كما هو، يكون لهيئة التحرير و هيئة المراجعة اللغوية دور في تنقيح المقال من الأخطاء اللغوية اذا كانت قليلة.

Rules for publishing research in the  Euro-Mediterranean Journal for Economies of Tourism & Hospitality

      Researchers who wish to publish their articles and research in the journal are requested to pay attention to the following points:

1 - The research should address one of the descriptive or analytical economic topics that are of interest to the tourism sector and its related services in Algeria and its Euro-Mediterranean, Maghreb, Arab, and international surroundings in general.

2-The journal is open for the publication of economic research related to tourism, hospitality, and related services to all professors and researchers from Algeria and abroad, provided that the researcher undertakes that the research has not been previously published, that it has not been submitted for publication in another journal, and that he bears the consequences of violating the rules and ethics research.

3- The research should not exceed 25 pages, completely adapted according to the special template, which is downloaded from the journal page on the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP) website through the Instructions to the Author icon.

5- The research must be presented in accordance with recognized scientific principles, taking into account in particular:

- Presenting the research by specifying its objectives and methodology.

- Coordination of its various elements.

- Complete documentation of references, tables and graphs.

- The research should end with a conclusion that includes the results and recommendations.

The footnotes should be indicated at the end of the research and not at the bottom of the page and according to the specifications of the template. The tables and drawings should also be numbered with successive numbers. It is also advisable to include them at the end of the research and before the references when their number is large. The research items should be arranged in a gradual manner: axis, first. ,ii,1,2,a,b, - - **

6- The text of the intervention must be free of any linguistic or typographical errors, and it must have been passed to the incoming linguistic and grammatical checker.

 7-  Take into account the page width for figures and tables.

 8- Research is published in the three languages (Arabic, English, French),

9- Research is subject to scientific arbitration by arbitrators from Algerian and foreign universities and research centers.

10- In the event of a request to amend the research, the researcher must repeat the amended research within a period not exceeding 15 days.

11-The researcher must bear the consequences of not respecting the rules and ethics of scientific research.

12-The journal reserves all copyrights, and republishing the researcher’s topic requires written approval from the magazine.

 13- The results, recommendations and opinions expressed by researchers are binding only on their authors.

14-The journal reserves the right to delete or reformulate some sentences to suit its publishing style.

15- Any research that does not adhere to the required conditions and specifications will not be taken into consideration.

16- The corresponding author is indicated at the bottom of the first page, along with his electronic address.

 17- The researcher must introduce himself and his scientific activities in the first paper of the research, and include the rest of the information in a special table: name and title, specialization, certificate and rank, position, institution of affiliation, country, telephone, electronic address, postal address, In addition to a brief scientific biography.

Article evaluation and follow-up process:

1. The article will be receive administratively if it complies with all conditions including respect for the template of the journal , If otherwise, the article is rejected administratively.
2. When an article is accepted administratively, the identity of the researcher or researchers is ignored and refereeing  article is done by two reviewers  . The decision of the editorial board shall be according to the following cases:

3.   In the case of an accepted article, the researcher must make the required modifications and resubmit them through the special icon. The article will be ignored again and transferred to the same arbitrators to give the final decision either to accept or reject the article.
4. If the research is finally accepted, the author shall be notified of this, and he may request a certificate of publication after the inclusion of the references through the special icon in his account.
5. If the article request modifications or corrections, the author will be notified and he has 15 days to do the required .
6. If the article is rejected, the author is notified.
7. Acceptance of the article does not mean the publication  in the following issue immediately due to the large number of articles received but it will be programmed according to the priority.
8. The scientific acceptance of the article does not mean its publication as it is, the editorial and the language review board have a role in the revision of the article from linguistic errors if they are few.

Ethics of Publication

1- For researchers:

A researcher must submit his article according to the common scientific rules andobserve the scientific integrity.His contribution to ideas and research style should not be less than 80% of the article;the rest should be devoted to third party’s rights when quoting from others’ works using full annotation and reference to sources. 

He must also comply with all the publication conditions in the journal.  Sending the same article to more than one journal is against ethics of publication.

Moreover, he must avoid in his article defamation, personification, spreading animosity and hate, sensitive topics nationally or regionally, immoral, ethnic and sectarian topics and fake information.

In case there are several authors, only the effective ones should be mentioned as well as the effective supervisors. The journal deals only with the correspondent author.

 Sending an article containing other authors not being informed about the work shall be deemed unethical.

All works are sent to the journal via the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform on: http: www.asjp.cerist.dz  after opening an account. Therefore, it is not allowed to provide the username and password to third party.

2- For the journal :

The journal is represented by the editorial board in charge of publishing the article according to its view and specialization, along with observation of priority as per date of arrival of researches, and date of return of results of arbitration by arbitrators and reviewers, balance when publishing researches between local, national and foreign articles and articles in Arabic and in both foreign languages (English and French).

The journal does not publish any article only after arbitration and reception of the positive arbitration result in writing.

Before the article is sent to the referee, it must first receive the administrative acceptance after examination of compliance with conditions, originality and plagiarism possibility by using anti-plagiarism software.

The journal publishes the articles with integrity and without any distinction between researchers. Besides, articles are programmed according to its policy to keep the right balance between local, national and foreign articles and articles in Arabic and in both foreign languages.

The journal also preserves confidentiality of articles before publication and of authors’ information. Only information required as part of the publication template are accessible.

The journal should not make articles, being publishable or not, accessible to third party only after their issuance electronically or in paper.

Furthermore, the article should not be sent to referees having interest therein or in relation with the authors. The referee may recognize them through style or research.

All works are sent to the journal via the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform on: http : www.asjp.cerist.dz .The chief editor and the editorial board have their own accounts. Therefore, it is not allowed to provide the username and password to third party without permission from the chief editor.

3- For the referees :

The referee is the most important element in the publishing process, it is a volunteer member of the journal .He has the authority to accept or reject the publication of the article and to help improve the article in the case of non-substantive shortcomings, which he is chosen on the basis of competence, integrity and ethics.

The referee has a moral obligation to the journal , the researchers and the local and international scientific community, which obliges him to speedily in refereeing  the article and return it to the editorial board within the prescribed deadlines. Also the moral duty obliges him to notice the referee board in case he is unable to referee   for any reason.

The referee  must abide by the confidentiality of the referee and shall not give it just for  the editorial board.

The referee must justify his decision, especially in case the article is rejected, and in the case that the article must be modified, he  should be clarified to the researcher

The referee process is conducted through the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform on website:. www.asjp.cerist.dz  by creating  an account and therefore may not provide the user's password and access key to others.

4- For the others :

The Euro-Mediterranean Journal for Economies of  Tourism & Hospitalit available free of charge on the Algerian platform of scientific journals web ASJP site :  https://www.asjp.cerist.dz, It has been implementing an open access policy since 2017. Therefore, any one can upload and use it in his research, taking into account the rights of property and respect for the literature and ethics of scientific research.

Changes or modifications can be made to the journal after it has been issued electronically in case the plagiarism .
