الملخص
ملخص: إن الواقع المعاش حاليا وما شهده من تطورات على كل الاصعدة حول تأثيرات وباء فيروس كورونا covid-19، يفرض علينا اعادة صياغة مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية ليستوعب هذه التأثيرات فيتطور مفهومها من شكل ضيق يتمحور حول مسؤولية تطوعية للمؤسسات تجاه قضايا المجتمع الى مفهوم واسع وشامل لا يقتصر على فرد واحد او جهة معينة بل يتضمن تكامل الادوار وتكاثف كل جهود افراد المجتمع الواحد. وتقدم الدراسة إطار نظري جديد مقترح لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية في ضوء الازمة التي نعيشها وتطرح تحولا من مفاهيم متعددة ومتشعبة الى مفهوم يضم ثنائية الاقتصاد والاجتماعي/ الصحي، بحيث اعتمدت الورقة البحثية على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالارتكاز على ما توفر من ادبيات والاحداث التي تتطور يوميا جراء وباء الكورونا المستجد. Abstract: Social responsibility is a broad concept not limited to one individual or particular entity, but includes the integration of roles and the intensification of all the efforts of the members of the same society. The definition of social responsibility must evolve from a narrow type voluntary responsibility of institutions towards the issues of society. The research provides a proposed new theoretical framework for the concept of social responsibility in the light of the crisis in wich we live and proposes a change from multiple definitions and complexity to a definition that incorporates the dual economy and social /health, so the paper relied on a descriptive analytical approach based on the literature and events that develop daily as a result of the corona epidemic.
