Abstract

Social media and digital platforms serve as primary tools in digital public relations strategies, enabling companies to interact directly with their audience and convey messages efficiently and swiftly. Digital communication has the potential to strengthen the relationship between the organization and its audience by providing opportunities for interaction and collecting feedback. In the pursuit of combating corruption and building a positive reputation, digital public relations plays a vital role. Companies can utilize social media to promote transparency, clarify decisions, and explain activities effectively.
