This study aimed to explore the extent to which coping strategies for psychological stress are utilized by university students. The sample consisted of 120 male and female students. Using a descriptive research method, the study employed a 27-item questionnaire designed to measure stress-coping strategies across five dimensions. The results indicated that university students generally employ coping strategies for psychological stress to a high degree. The most frequently used strategies were ranked as follows: turning to religion, avoidance strategy, positive appraisal strategy, problem-solving strategy, and social support strategy. Additionally, the study revealed no statistically significant differences in students' use of coping strategies based on the academic specialization variable. However, statistically significant differences were observed based on the gender variable.
