Abstract
This study highlights the key determinants influencing the adoption of blockchain technology to enhance the efficiency of financial supply chain management in Algeria. A structured questionnaire served as the primary data collection tool and was administered to a sample of 86 bank employees, achieving a response rate of 95.56%. The results provide statistically significant evidence that banks operating in Constantine possess the necessary technological, organizational, economic, and cultural enablers for blockchain adoption. Moreover, the adoption of this technology presents several potential benefits. Based on these findings, the study offers practical recommendations, including strengthening technological infrastructure, improving organizational frameworks, investing in technical training and development, prioritizing financial gains, fostering innovation and collaboration, and implementing robust security measures to support successful adoption.
