الملخص

يقوم التعليم العالي على فلسفة إدارية جديدة تركز على احتياجات الطلبة والمحيط الاجتماعي للمجتمع، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق الجودة بالتعليم العالي. وتظهر دراستنا أن الصراع هو نتيجة عدم توافق الأهداف والمصالح، وإذا استمر فإنه سيقضي على المنظمة في مختلف مستوياتها كانخفاض رضا الموظفين، انخفاض الإنتاجية وضعف الأداء. In higher education is a new management philosophy based on the needs of students And the surrounding community. This study aims to identify the obstacles of implementing quality in higher education institution. Our study shows that conflict stems from incompatibility of goals and interest and if it continued it will destroy the organization. Conflicts the organization in several ways such as decreased employee satisfaction, decreased productivity, and poor performance.
