درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في تسيير المؤسسات التعليمية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة تطبيق مديري مؤسسات التعليم المتوسط للإدارة الإلكترونية في تسيير المؤسسة التعليمية حسب تقديرات أساتذة المرحلة المتوسطة، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق في تقديراتهم حول درجة التطبيق تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية في التدريس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات، وطبقت الأداة على عينة قدرها (30) أستاذ وأستاذة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق مديري مؤسسات التعليم المتوسط للإدارة الإلكترونية في تسيير المؤسسة التعليمية حسب تقديرات أساتذة المرحلة المتوسطة جاءت متوسطة، وأعلى تقدير كان لمجال مهارات التسيير الإداري الإلكتروني بدرجة متوسطة، وأدنى تقدير لمجال مهارات الحاسب الآلي والانترنت بدرجة منخفضة، وكما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين تقديرات أساتذة المرحلة المتوسطة حول درجة تطبيق مديري المؤسسات التعليم المتوسط للإدارة الإلكترونية في تسيير المؤسسة التعليمية تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية في التدريس ولصالح الأكثر من 10 سنوات. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the degree to which directors of middle education institutions apply electronic management in running the educational institution according to the estimates of middle school teachers, as well as to reveal differences in their estimates of the degree of application according to the variable of seniority in teaching, to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was used to collect data, the tool was applied to a sample of (30) male and female professors, who were chosen intentionally, the results of the study concluded that the degree to which directors of middle education institutions applied electronic management in managing the educational institution, according to the estimates of middle school teachers, was average, and the highest rating was for the field of electronic administrative management skills, with a moderate degree, and the lowest rating for the field of computer and Internet skills is a low degree, the results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α= 0.05) between the estimates of middle school teachers about the degree to which managers of middle education institutions apply electronic management in the management of the educational institution due to the variable of seniority in teaching and in favor of more than 10 years.
