الملخص
الملخص نص القانون رقم 23-17 يحدد شروط وكيفيات منح العقار الاقتصادي التابع للأملاك الخاصة للدولة الموجه لإنجاز مشاريع استثمارية، على شروط وإجراءات سهلة وبسيطة لمنح العقار الاقتصادي لفائدة المستثمرين، بناء على طلب يرسله المستثمر للوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار، عن طريق المنصة الرقمية للمستثمر، حيث تقوم الوكالة بدراسة الملفات، وإعطاء مهلة للطعون، وتحرير مقررات مؤقتة، تليها مقررات نهائية وتحرير عقود الامتياز من طرف مصالح أملاك الدولة المختصة إقليميا قابل للتحويل إلى تنازل وللفسخ بالاتفاق أو من طرف الإدارة، مع تقرير حق الشفعة. Abstract The text of Law N°23-17specifies the conditions and methods for granting economic real estate belonging to the private property of the state intended for the implementation of investment projects, on easy and simple conditions and procedures, for granting economic real restate to the benefit of investors, based on a request sent by the investor to the Algerian Agency for investment promotion, through the invistors digital platform,where it the agency studies the files, gives a deadine for appeals, issues temporary decisions, followed by final decisions, and issues concission contracts by the regionally competent state property departments that can be converted into a waiver and can be canceled by agreement or by another party.
