ملخص: أسندت عملية التوجيه والإرشاد إلى مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني الذي يسعى لتقديم يد المساعدة للتلاميذ من أجل فهم أنفسهم والوصول إلى التكيف والتكامل الاجتماعي والنفسي مع النشاط التربوي والإطلاع على قدراته واستعداداته للحصول على توجيه فعال وذلك من أجل تهيئته لبناء مستقبله الدراسي والمهني حسب ما حددته القوانين والمراسيم واضعا لتنفيذه وسائل ومناهج مختلفة يرتكز عليها مستشار التوجيه حتى يمهد على التلميذ التأقلم مع التخصص الذي اختاره وكذا محيطه المدرسي. ومستشار التوجيه من أجل ذلك من الضروري أن يكون له تكوين بيداغوجي فعال لما يحيط به من وضعية مهنية بكل ما تحتويه من ظروف مهنية وأطر تنظيمية لهذه المهمة وبعد التلاقي مع بقية الفريق التربوي كل أنواع هذه المحددات تؤثر على أداء مستشار التوجيه وممارسة عمله الميداني Abstract: The task of guidance and counseling is placed on the shoulders of the school and vocational guidance counselor, who helps the student to understand himself and achieve psychological and social integration and adaptation with the educational work and to identify his abilities and preparations to achieve sound guidance in order to prepare him to build his academic and professional project during what is specified by decrees and laws, following its implementation in many ways and means It is carried out by the guidance counselor in order to make it easier for the student to adapt to the chosen section and the school environment. The guidance counselor, accordingly, must have an effective pedagogical training because of his specific professional situation, with all the working conditions and organizational frameworks for this profession, and after meeting with the rest of the educational dealers, all of these determinants affect the performance of the guidance counselor and the practice of his field work.
