الملخص

تعتبر عملية التوجيه المدرسي والمهني من أهم الأنشطة التربوية التي تساهم بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف والغايات التربوية للتعليم، وذلك باعتباره نظام تغطية ودعم يساهم في درء نقائص نظام التعليم في ظل جملة الإصلاحات الحديثة التي طالت قطاع التربية والتعليم بالجزائر. حيث أضحت هناك حاجة ماسة لإعداد منظومة متطورة وحديثة خاصة بالتوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي، تكون أكثر فعالية ونجاعة لأن لها القدرة والكفاءة على حماية المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية في ظل التجاذبات العنيفة التي تعكر صفو سيرها ومردوديتها، وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضح أهم متطلبات تقويم علية التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في منظومة التربية والتعليم الجزائرية. والتي نحاول من خلالها الكشف عن الواقع الميداني للتوجيه ومدى تطابقه مع مستويات الرهانات المحددة في التقنين الذي يسير هياكل التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في الجزائر، وذلك لأن الاهتمام بدراسة وتقويم نظام التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي أمر بالغ الأهمية في تحسين وتطوير المنظومة التربوية. The process of school and vocational guidance is one of the most important educational activities that contribute effectively to achieving the educational goals and objectives of education, as a system of coverage and support that contributes to avoiding the shortcomings of the education system in light of the recent reforms that have affected the education sector in Algeria. There is an urgent need to prepare an advanced and modern system for school guidance and counseling, which is more effective and effective because it has the ability and efficiency to protect the Algerian educational system in light of the violent tensions that disturb its functioning and profitability, and on this basis this research paper came to clarify the most important requirements for evaluating school and vocational guidance in the Algerian education system. Through which we try to reveal the field reality of guidance and the extent to which it matches the levels of stakes specified in the regulation that governs the structures of school and vocational guidance in Algeria, because the interest in studying and evaluating the school guidance and counseling system is crucial in improving and developing the educational system.
