Activating Digital Education In Algerian Universities - Between Reality And Challenges

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the importance of digital education and analyze the challenges of activating it in Algeria. The study found that the opportunities for digital transformation in Algerian universities remain slim, due to the lack of digital infrastructure, unstable internet connectivity and lack of training for faculty members. In order to promote e-learning, the study recommends improving infrastructure, providing continuous training for teachers, and developing appropriate digital content. The study concludes that additional efforts must be made to overcome the challenges and promote e-learning in Algerian universities.
