Abstract
The Internet today is considered a link between the peoples of the world, and due to its multiple uses, it has become very necessary in various scientific, commercial, economic and political fields, and in the field of business administration, It also helped in many services for charitable societies, and the tremendous speed in the design of statistical programs led to a reduction in the time in obtaining accurate information for the various businesses of companies and economic institutions, The National Sponsorship Program in the State of Algeria is a successful model in a complete census of widows and orphans, which was designed for the purpose of arranging and counting families to provide them with assistance in a fair manner. It is also a way to facilitate profes-sional administrative work in associations. يعتبر الإنترنت اليوم رابطًا بين شعوب العالم ، وبسبب استخداماته المتعددة ، فقد أصبح ضروريًا جدًا في مختلف المجالات العلمية والتجارية،المجالات التجارية والاقتصادية والسياسية ، وفي مجال إدارة الأعمال ، كما ساعدت في العديد من الخدمات للجمعيات الخيرية ، وأدت السرعة الهائلة في تصميم البرامج الإحصائية إلى تقليص الوقت في الحصول على المعلومات الدقيقة لمختلف الأعمال. للشركات والمؤسسات الاقتصادية ،يعتبر برنامج الكفالة الوطني بدولة الجزائر نموذجاً ناجحاً في تعداد كامل للأرامل والأيتام ، صُمم لغرض ترتيب وحصر الأسر لتقديم المساعدة لهم بشكل عادل. كما أنها وسيلة لتسهيل العمل الإداري المهني في الجمعيات.
