Abstract
Algeria has adopted the most efficient and effective mechanisms to regulate the activities of economic operators, aiming to ensure fair and transparent commercial transactions, promote domestic and foreign trade and industry, encourage national and foreign investment, and stimulate private initiatives in various economic activities. These efforts are aimed at achieving economic development objectives.
