الملخص
تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى وصف المجال الواحاتي التواتي بخصائصه الطبيعية والمناخية ، و قد صنف من أقدم الواحات الجزائرية قدما وحضورا وتاريخا وحضارة، وهذا من خلال التطرق للفلاحة التقليدية و وأساليبها . وبعدها ذكرنا الإهتمامات المحلية بالتنمية و أدواتها وسبل تحقيقها بالنظر للمقومات الفلاحية التي تزخر بها المنطقة للوصول للتنمية الفلاحية المستدامة . كل هذه المقومات سمحت بتحويل الفلاحة من نمط الفلاحية التقليدية في البساتين المجاورة التي كانت ترتكز على نمط الفقارة، إلى فلاحة تصديرية نحو مختلف الولايات، و بدلك استطاع من خلالها الفلاح تحسين المستوى المعيشي وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي. This study describes the Touat oasis region, highlighting its natural and climatic characteristics . It is considered as one of the oldest oases in Algeria, renowned for its antiquity, historical significance, and cultural richness. This is demonstrated through an examination of traditional agriculture and its methods. Secondly,it examines the local development priorities, tools, and strategies for achieving sustainable agricultural development, taking into consideration the region's abundant agricultural resources. These resources have enabled a shift from traditional farming practices in the surrounding orchards, which relied on the foggara irrigation system, to export-oriented agriculture serving various provinces. This transformation has allowed farmers to improve their living standards and achieve food security.
