This research investigates the impact of artificial intelligence on enhancing foreign language education, especially in addressing ongoing issues concerning learner engagement, the quality of feedback, and the effectiveness of instruction. The primary aim of the study is to investigate how tools based on artificial intelligence can aid in the processes of language teaching and learning. The study utilizes a qualitative analytical framework, examining selected applications of artificial intelligence, including adaptive learning platforms, intelligent tutoring systems, and automated feedback tools. These tools are scrutinized for their educational contributions to language acquisition and classroom practices. The results suggest that the incorporation of artificial intelligence improves personalized learning, encourages active participation from learners, and assists educators in delivering prompt and effective feedback. However, the research also identifies challenges related to ethical considerations, data privacy, and the readiness of teachers to adopt these technologies in their instructional practices. Overall, the results reveal that artificial intelligence is a key driver of pedagogical innovation, improves instructional efficiency, and encourages creative teaching methods, thereby positioning it as a crucial aspect of contemporary foreign language education.
