Abstract
Abstract: This study addresses the issue of protecting children from the risks of virtual usage and harmful online content. The focus in this context revolves around the ethical and legal aspects of this sensitive matter. Children represent a unique and important category that requires protection and care due to the impact of the digital environment on their psychological and social development.The study provides guidelines and recommendations for digital content creators on how to deliver safe and beneficial content for children without exposing them to risks,These guidelines rely on monitoring and tracking tools to ensure a safe online environment for children.Furthermore, the study highlights the legal aspects related to children's rights on the internet, with a focus on child protection legislation and dealing with cases of online hatred and bias. These aspects aim to strengthen legislation and policies that protect children and make them less vulnerable to harmful content.In summary, this study aims to provide a comprehensive framework that combines ethical and legal aspects for protecting children from the risks of virtual usage. This is achieved by guiding digital content creators and enhancing relevant legislation to ensure a safe and productive online environment for children. Keywords : Ethical and legal boundaries, childhood, digital content, protection ملخص تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع حماية الأطفال من مخاطر الاستخدام الافتراضي والمحتوى الضار على الإنترنت، يتمحور التركيز في هذا السياق حول الجوانب الأخلاقية والقانونية ،فالأطفال يمثلون فئة خاصة تتطلب الحماية والرعاية نظرًا لتأثير البيئة الرقمية على تطورهم النفسي والاجتماعي،استعنا باداتي الملاحظة والمقابلة واستناداً لادبيات الدراسة ،تقدم الدراسة إرشادات وأدلة لمسؤولي المحتوى الرقمي حول كيفية تقديم محتوى آمن ومفيد للأطفال دون تعريضهم للمخاطر، تعتمد هذه الإرشادات على أدوات المراقبة والمتابعة لضمان توفير بيئة آمنة للأطفال على الإنترنت،وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تسلط الدراسة الضوء على الجوانب القانونية المتعلقة بحقوق الأطفال على الإنترنت، مع التركيز على تشريعات حماية الطفولة والتعامل مع حالات الكراهية والتعصب الإلكتروني،تهدف هذه الجوانب إلى تعزيز التشريعات والسياسات التي تحمي الأطفال وتجعلهم أقل عرضة للمحتوى الضار، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى توفير إطار شامل يجمع بين الجوانب الأخلاقية والقانونية لحماية الأطفال من مخاطر الاستخدام الافتراضي، وذلك من خلال توجيه مسؤولي المحتوى الرقمي وتعزيز التشريعات ذات الصلة لضمان بيئة آمنة ومثمرة على الإنترنت للأطفال .
