الملكة البلاغية والمفاهيم المقاربة ـ دراسة تحليلية مقارنة ـ

الملخص
يعالج هذا البحث إشكالية مصطلح الملكة البلاغية في ضوء تداخله مع مصطلحات لغوية ومعرفية مجاورة، وينطلق من تتبّع جذوره الدلالية وتمثّلاته في التراث البلاغي والدراسات المعاصرة للكشف عن خصوصيته الاصطلاحية، وبيان أوجه التقاطع والتمايز بينه وبين تلك المصطلحات، وذلك بهدف إبراز القيمة المنهجية للمفهوم في الدرس البلاغي المعاصر، وتقويم مدى صلاحيته للتداول العلمي، واقتراح تصورٍ تركيبي يسهم في رفع درجة الوضوح والانسجام الاصطلاحي في الدراسات البلاغية الحديثة. وقد توسّل البحث بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن، وخلص إلى نتائج منها: أنّ هذه المصطلحات تمثّل مراحل أو مستويات مختلفة من الكفاءة ولا ترقى منفردة إلى مستوى الملكة، ومنها: أنّ الملكة البلاغية قدرة ذهنية راسخة تتكوّن بالتعلّم والممارسة الطويلة وتتميّز بالثبات والتمكّن والإنتاج التلقائي للخطاب، ومنها: ضرورة تحرير المفهوم ترشيدًا لاستعماله وتفاديًا للخلط المنهجي في الدرس البلاغي الحديث. This study examines the concept of rhetorical competence in light of its overlap with related linguistic and cognitive terms. It traces its semantic roots and manifestations in classical rhetorical heritage and contemporary studies in order to clarify its terminological specificity and distinguish it from adjacent concepts. The study aims to highlight the methodological value of the concept in modern rhetorical research, assess its scientific validity, and propose an integrative framework that enhances terminological clarity and coherence. Adopting a descriptive, analytical, and comparative approach, the study concludes that these related terms represent different levels of competence and do not individually amount to a rhetorical malaka. It also finds that rhetorical competence is a stable cognitive ability developed through learning and sustained practice, characterized by mastery and spontaneous discourse production. The study further emphasizes the need to refine the concept to avoid methodological confusion in contemporary rhetorical studies.
