اهمية الاستثمار وتأثيره على المنافسة والاحتكار في تطوير الصناعة في العراق

الملخص
مما لاريب فيه إن الاستثمارات , لها اهميتها الاقتصادية في التأثير على المنافسة والاحتكار في تنمية وتطوير القطاعات الاقتصادية , ومنها القطاع الصناعي الإستخراجي والتحويلي , وكذلك زيادة التشابكات القطاعية في تحقيق التنمية البشرية وتطوير مهارات العاملين والتشابك , الأمامي والخلفي بالنسبة الى مختلف الصناعات .وعليه فإن الاقتصاد العراقي يعد أحد أهم الاقتصادات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط , إذ أن العراق يعد من أهم الدول المصدرة للنفط في العالم . ولهذا فإن الاستثمار يساهم في نقل وتوطين التقنية المتطورة وخاصة في مختلف الصناعات في العراق من خلال أهمية جذب الاستثمارات الاجنبية لاسيما المباشرة.There is no doubt that investments have economic importance in influencing competition and monopoly in the development of economic sectors, including the extractive and transformational industrial sectors. They also increase sector al interconnections in achieving human development, developing workers' skills, and forward and backward interconnections across various industries. Accordingly, the Iraqi economy is one of the most important economies in the Middle East, as Iraq is one of the world's most important oil-exporting countries. Therefore, investment contributes to the transfer and localization of advanced technology, especially in various industries in Iraq, through the importance of attracting foreign investment, particularly direct investment.
