Abstract
The article discusses the challenges women face in entrepreneurship, such as gender biases, social stereotypes, and difficulties accessing financing and professional networks. It also explores the opportunities available for economic empowerment through policies and initiatives that support women entrepreneurship, including funding programs, training, and government support. The article presents successful international experiences in enhancing women's ability to establish and manage their own businesses, contributing to sustainable economic development and increasing women's role in the global economy.
