The Reality Of Applying Knowledge Management Requirements In Higher Education Institutions-university Of Ain Temouchent, Algeria

Abstract
This study aimed to highlight the correlation between the requirements of the application of knowledge administration and the application of knowledge administration in institutions of higher education. In this study, we followed the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect, while in the applied side we relied on the analytical approach using the questionnaire that was directed to professors in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences (FECMS). It was concluded that there was an average application and a medium agreement on each of the statements of the requirements of the application of knowledge administration and the application of knowledge administration Knowledge, as well as a lack of correlation between the application of knowledge administration and the requirements of the application of knowledge administration in its four dimensions Key words: Knowledge administration, Application Requirements, Knowledge administration Application, Higher Education, University Professors ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة وتطبيقها في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. اتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، بينما اعتمدنا في الجانب التطبيقي على المنهج التحليلي باستخدام الاستبانة الموجهة لأساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية والإدارية (FECMS). وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تطبيق متوسط واتفاق متوسط على كل عبارة من عبارات متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة وتطبيق إدارة المعرفة، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباط بين تطبيق إدارة المعرفة ومتطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها الأربعة. الكلمات المفاتيح: إدارة المعرفة، متطلبات التطبيق، تطبيق إدارة المعرفة، التعليم العالي، أستاذ جامعي
