الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تحولات هياكل المؤسسات من هياكل التنظيمية ميكانيكية إلى الهياكل العضوية الحديثة, حيث تسعى الدراسة إلى توضيح تأثير تحول أداء المؤسسات وإمكانية التكيف والابتكار في السوق، يتسم بالتغيرات السريعة والمتطورة, من خلال تحليل النتائج تظهر الدراسة أن الهياكل العضوية تساعد المؤسسات على المرونة والتكيف الإداري، حيث يمكنها من التفاعل السريع مع البيئة المحيطة والتواصليين أقسامها، كما توضح النتائج أن الهياكل العضوية تساهم في الإبداع والإبتكار، وتحسين الاستجابة للمتغيرات السوقية واحتياجات المتعاملين، مما يجعلها أكثر قدرة على النمو والاستمرارية في البيئة الاقتصادية الحديثة. This study aims to analyze the transformations of organizational structures from mechanistic to modern organic forms. It seeks to elucidate the impact of this transformation on organizational performance، adaptability، and innovation in a market characterized by rapid and evolving changes. The study's findings reveal that organic structures assist organizations in achieving flexibility and administrative adaptability، facilitating rapid interaction with the external environment and interdepartmental communication. Moreover، the results highlight that organic structures foster creativity and innovation، enhancing responsiveness to market dynamics and stakeholder needs، thereby enhancing their capability for growth and sustainability in the modern economic environment
