Abstract
This Study aims to analyze the transformation of institutional structures from mechanical organizational structures to modern organic structures. The Study seeks to clarify the impact of the transformation of institutions' performance and the possibility of adaptation and innovation in the market, which is characterized by rapid and advanced changes. The results of the Study show that organic structures help institutions be flexible. And administrative adaptation, as it enables it to interact quickly with the surrounding environment and communicate with its departments. The results also show that organic structures contribute to creativity and innovation and improve response to market changes and customer needs, making them more capable of growth and continuity in the modern economic environment.
