الملخص

تعد ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي من المشكلات الدراسية التي تواجه مدراسنا اليوم، بانقطاع التلميذ عن الدراسة سواء في بداية العام، أو نهاية العام الدراسي، وتركه لمقاعد الدراسة مما قد تؤدي إلى مخاطرة عديدة كالإدمان المخدرات والانحراف، وعمالة الأطفال واستغلالهم وظاهرة الزواج المبكر والتسول. والتي تقف وراء هذه الظاهرة العديد من العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية والدراسية والاجتماعية مما يتطلب تكافل الجهود لتصدي له من ادارة المدرسة والأستاذ والأسرة ، والمختص النفساني بتقديم له خدمات نفسية، ودوره الفعال في حل مختلف المشكلات التي تعتريه التي قد تكون سببا في نفوره من الدراسة وتسربه. The phenomenon of school leakage is one of the academic problems facing our schools today, by interruption of the student from studying, whether at the beginning of the year, or the end of the school year, and leaving it to the study seats, which may lead to many risk such as drug addiction and deviation, child labor, exploitation, early marriage and begging. And that stands behind this phenomenon many psychological, social, study and social factors, which requires solidarity of efforts to confront him from the administration of the school, the teacher and the family, and the psychologist to provide him with psychological services, and his effective role in solving the various problems that it may be a reason for his alienation and leakage
