الملخص

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نتعرف على دور الأخصائي النفساني في عملية التكفل بحالات التنمر في الوسط المدرسي، وطبقت هذه الدراسة على الأخصائيين النفسانيين العاملين بوحدات الكشف والمتابعة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي، وبناء استبان تم بواسطته جمع البيانات، بتوزيعه على مجتمع الدراسة المقدر ب 35 نفساني عامل بوحدات الكشف والمتابعة، وقد تم ضبط عينة عشوائية للدراسة تمثلت في 30 نفساني، وبإستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية SPSS لتحليل البيانات، توصلنا إلى أن كلا من مستوى الخدمات الارشادية والخدمات العلاجية التي يقدمها الأخصائي النفساني بوحدة الكشف والمتابعة في مواجهة التنمر المدرسي مرتفعة. The study aimed to identify the nature of psychologist in dealing with bullying cases in the school enviroument.This study was applied to psychologists working in detection and fllow-up units. To achieve the study objectives, the reseacher collected data from various sources. He used the descriptive apporoach and the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data, The study sample conssisted of 30 psychologists, where 35 questionnaires were distributed to the study community.With the use of the SPSS statistical program to analyze the study data, the researcher concluded that the level of awareness and therapeutic counseling services provided by the psychlogist, in the detection and follow-up unit in confronting school bullying is high.
