The Legal Regime Of Thermal Waters

Abstract
Thermal waters in Algeria has a legal framework that controls it. It reveals mechanisms that allow its creation and exploitation. In order to achieve its objectives and its purposes, With emphasis on the existence of imbalances in this system limit its effectiveness, so that this need to be remedied, in order to achieve sustainable investment and thermal or seaside tourism development
