Journal of Law and Society is a semiannual periodical journal issued by the Laboratory of Law and Society, University of Ahmed Draia, Adrar – Algeria, and devoted primarily to the publication of important legal studies and scientific researches that aim to improve legal and legislative system. The journal focuses on promoting qualitative and objective scientific advancement in various fields of knowledge, especially in the midst of the current developments in the world and their repercussions on legal system, as knowledge structures that undoubtedly contribute to the healthy legal building of human and intellectual. Therefore, the journal is interested in publishing peer reviewed scientific research in law, public security, sociology of law, political science and international relations, public administration, as well as Sharia and law. Articles are prepared by professors, researchers, law practitioners, doctoral students and jurists, but required to be original and objective. The journal accepts materials in Arabic, English or French according to the prepared form.

الحماية القانونية للغذاء في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص: ملخص باللغة العربية: يعد موضوع التلوث الغذائي باهتمام واسع لما له من أهمية كبيرة في المحافظة على حياة الانسان وصحته، حيث ذهبت العديد من التشريعات إلى الاعتناء الجيد بحماية سلامة الغذاء. وهدفت دراسة هذا الموضوع إلى بيان مدى كفاية التشريعات الصادرة في مجال حماية سلامة الغذاء سواء الوطنية أو الدولية من خلال التحليل والمقارنة فيما بينها، فتوضح الدراسة ماهية سلامة الغذاء بمختلف مصادره ووسائله،والمصطلحات المتشابهة والقريبة منها والمصادر المؤثرة عليها، إلى جانب أنها تستعرض التشريعات التي كفلت حماية الغذاء في الدولة. وقد أظهرت نتائج هذا الموضوع أنه على الرغم من وجود التشريعات الخاصة بالغذاء وكفايتها إلا أنه يصعب تطبيقها في الواقع؛ لوجود تشريعات وطنية بشأن الغذاء وأخرى محلية قد تتداخل وتتعارض الأحكام الواردة في كل منهما، إلى جانب عدم تقيد أصحاب المنشآت الغذائية بهذه التشريعات. Food pollution is widely considered to be of great importance in preserving human life and health, as many legislation has gone to good care for the protection of food safety. The aim of the study was to demonstrate the adequacy of legislation in the area of protecting food safety, both national and international, through analysis and comparison, which shows what food safety is in its various sources and means, similar and close terms and sources affecting it, as well as reviewing legislation that ensured the protection of food in the state. The results of this topic have shown that although food legislation exists and is sufficient, it is in fact difficult to apply; national food and local legislation may overlap and contradict the provisions of each, as well as the non-compliance of food owners with such legislation.

أثر المهلوسات على المسؤولية الجنائية

الملخص: إن إستهلاك المهلوسات على النحو الغير قانوني، يوثر على الجسم والعقل ويجعلهم يرتكبون جل الجرائم، ولما كانت آثارها تمس العقل والإدراك نشأت مشكلة تتعلق بالمسؤولية الجنائية لمرتكب هذه الجرائم وهو تحت تأثيرها، فسنحاول في هذه الوقة البحثية إستقراء مذى تأثيرها على المسؤولية الجنائية. Illegal hallucinogens can cause health issues and insanity. Its addicts steal, kill, and attempt suicide without knowing the legal or societal ramifications. The hallucinogen-affected criminal's legal responsibility was questioned because these effects impair perception and thought. In this study article, we will extrapolate the Algerian legislator's viewpoint and intoxication, insanity, and compulsion as contraindications to criminal responsibility to establish hallucinogens' effect on criminal responsibility
