Illegal migration and human trafficking are organized crimes against humanity committed by criminal networks, and as a result of the security threats that affect the entity of states, the international community is constantly working hard to combat them, by concluding international conventions and protocols, imposing preventive measures to limit their spread, and imposing severe deterrent penalties on organized groups that seek to achieve profit at the expense of the dignity of the illegal or trafficked human being exploited by various illegal methods. Which combines these two criminal phenomenon, by identifying the most important legal aspects and comparing the two crimes in terms of similarities and differences, to identify the extent of the overlap of the relationship between them.
