الملخص

تعد الموانئ البحرية صلة وصل بين البرّ والبحر، تمثل واجهة بحرية للدولة الجزائرية، حيث تساهم في تطوير نشاط النقل البحري الّذي يحقق التنمية الاقتصادية ويشجع التّجارة، غير أنّ انشاء هذه الموانئ قد يتسبّب في الحاق أضرار بالبيئة. ممّا يتطلّب انتهاج استراتيجيّة فعّالة مع اتّخاذ جميع التّدابير اللاّزمة للحدّ من الآثار السّلبية لها أو التّقليل منها، بالاستناد على معايير بيئية عالمية، مع مراعاة الشّروط الهندسية والتّصميمية والقانونية أثناء عمليّة بناء الموانئ، ضمن نُظم قانونية وجب تحيينها. Seaports are a link between land and sea represents the front of Algeria, It contributes to the development of shipping activity, which plays its role in economic development and promotes commerce, However, the establishment of these ports may cause damage to the environment. This requires an effective strategy with all necessary measures to reduce negative impacts, Based on a variety of global environmental standards, Having regard to all engineering, design and legal requirements during the construction of ports, within legal systems, must be updated.
