التدخل الدولي الإنساني لحماية الأقليات من منظور القوانين الدولية

الملخص
يعد التدخل الدولي الإنساني ظاهرة بارزة في ميدان العلاقات الدولية , و يتجسد الدور الأساسي للتدخل الدولي في العمل على تعزيز مكانة الأقليات من خلال ضمان حقوقهم و حرياتهم الأساسية و منع الانتهاكات الداخلية و الدولية ضدهم و حمايتهم عبر تنمية الدعامات الديمقراطية لمؤسسات الدول التي تضم و تحتوي على الأقليات مهما كان نوعها ضمن التركيبة البشرية لشعبها, و نشر ثقافة التنوع البشري و تنوع الحقوق المميزة لكل طائفة باختلاف انتماءاتهم , و التأكيد من خلال إقرار مبدأ التدخل الدولي على المساعي والجهود الدولية في إرساء دعامات الاستقرار والأمن السياسي لمختلف الدول و من هنا تبني منظومة دولية صارمة لمحاسبة و تتبع الدول او الانظمة التي تنتهك الحقوق الاساسية للأقليات المقررة بموجب المواثيق و المعاهدات الدولية. International humanitarian intervention is a prominent phenomenon in the field of international relations. The main role of international intervention is to strengthen the position of minorities by guaranteeing their basic rights and freedoms, preventing internal and international violations against them, and protecting them through developing democratic pillars for the institutions of states that include minorities of any kind within the human composition of their people. It also involves spreading the culture of human diversity and the diversity of rights specific to each group regardless of their affiliations. By adopting the principle of international intervention, international efforts and endeavors are emphasized in establishing the pillars of stability and political security for various states. This leads to the adoption of a strict international system to hold accountable and track states or regimes that violate the basic rights of minorities as stipulated by international conventions and treaties.
