الزيجات المختلطة بين الأهالي والمستوطنين الأوروبيين وتأثيراتها على المجتمع الأهلي في الجزائر (1830-1962)

الملخص
تعد ظاهرة الزيجات المختلطة في الجزائر بين الأهالي والمستوطنين الأوروبيين من المسائل الحساسة التي تأثرت بالعديد من الاعتبارات الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية، في ظل فرض السلطات الاستعمارية سياسة الفصل والتفريق بين المجتمعين، حيث عكست هذه الظاهرة تفاوتًا اقتصاديًا وثقافيًا بين الـمستعمِر والمستعمَر، وكان يُنظر إليها على أنها تفاعل اجتماعي غير مرغوب فيه. تهدف دراستنا العلمية هذه إلى مُحاوَلةً الكشف على أرقام واحصائيات هذه الظاهرة خلال الفترة الاستعمارية، ومن ثم الوقوف على كل العقبات الاجتماعية والدينية والقانونية التي حالت دون تحقيق هذه الظاهرة للاندماج الكامل بين الأهالي والمستوطنين، إضافة إلى دراسة كل التأثيرات الاجتماعية لظاهرة الزيجات المختلطة على التركيبة الأسرية للمجتمع الأهلي في الجزائر. وفي ختام هذه الدراسة خلصّنا إلى جملة من النتائج التي ترتبت عن هذه الظاهرة وانعكاساتها على مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية للأهالي في الجزائر. The phenomenon of mixed marriages in Algeria between the indigenous and European settlers represents a sensitive issue influenced by various social, political, and cultural considerations, especially under the colonial authorities' policy of segregation and division between the two communities. This phenomenon reflected the economic and cultural disparities between the colonizer and the colonized and was often regarded as an undesirable form of social interaction. This scientific study aims to examine the statistics and figures surrounding this phenomenon during the colonial period and to identify the social, religious, and legal obstacles that hindered the achievement of full integration between the indigenous population and settlers. Additionally, the study investigates the social impacts of mixed marriages on the family structure within the indigenous community in Algeria. In conclusion, this study presents a set of findings regarding the consequences of this phenomenon and its implications for the social and cultural aspects of both indigenous in Algeria.
