Abstract

تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على المخطوطات الجزائرية الموجودة في المكتبات الخارجية، تحديدا في غرب إفريقيا، والعمل على استرجاعها في الأطر القانونية. وعندما نريد دراسة المخطوطات الجزائرية في الخارج، نطرح بعض الأسئلة: ما هي الخزائن والمكتبات التي تتواجد فيها المخطوطات الجزائريّة خارج الوطن ؟ وما دوافع انتشارها في الخارج ؟ وهل يمكن استرجاعها والاستفادة من علومها ؟ .وأما النتائج المتوصل إليها، فمنها: الـمخطوط هو: للمخطوطات الجزائرية أهمية تاريخية وعلمية. أما الأهمية التاريخية، فتتمثّل في أنها مصدر غني بالأخبار والأحداث التاريخية. وأما الأهمية العلمية، فتتمثّل في أنها دوّنت العلوم بمختلف أنواعها وتخصصاتها. من دوافع انتقال المخطوطات الجزائرية إلى الخارج: الدافع التجاري والدافع العلمي الثقافي. The importance of this study lies in shedding light on Algerian manuscripts found in foreign libraries, specifically in West Africa, and working to retrieve them within legal frameworks. When we want to study Algerian manuscripts abroad, we ask some questions: What are the treasures and libraries in which Algerian manuscripts are located outside the country? What are the reasons for its spread abroad? Is it possible to retrieve it and benefit from its knowledge?. As for the results reached, they include: The manuscript is: Algerian manuscripts have historical and scientific importance. As for its historical importance, it is a rich source of news and historical events. As for its scientific importance, it is represented in the fact that it codified the sciences of various types and specializations. Among the motives for moving Algerian manuscripts abroad: the commercial motive and the scientific and cultural motive.
