Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to highlight the increasing attention that the state has devoted to national forest resources in recent years due to the deteriorating conditions affecting forest cover nationwide, primarily caused by destructive fires and climate change. Among the strategic and political interests adopted by the Algerian legislator are the establishment of legal and institutional mechanisms aimed primarily at protecting, valorizing, and expanding forest resources, as well as ensuring their sustainable management. This is intended to preserve the rights of present and future generations.
