الملخص: تعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات أحد حلقات الوصل بين نجاح مقاصد إدارة المنظمات وتطور المورد البشري صاحب الدور الفعال في نجاح المؤسسات والمنظمات، حيث تزايد اعتمادها بشكل كبير على التكنولوجيات الحديثة ورقمنة مجالاتها وأقسامها، وعلى ضوء هذا الحديث نتطرق في هذا المقال إلى كل ما يخص تكنولوجيا المعلومات من تعريفها وتحديد خصائصها ومراحل تطورها ومكوناتها. Abstract: Information technology is one of the linkages between the success of the purposes of the management of organizations and the evolution of the human resource that plays an active role in the success of institutions and organizations.
