E- Learning In Algerian Higher Education Institution And Its Impact On Enhancing Self-training: Padoc Platform For Doctoral Students Training (2022/2023) As A Model

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of e-learning on enhancing self-training among the doctoral students of 2022/2023. These students received supplementary doctoral training through various platforms, including the " Padoc " platform, which supports doctoral students in their training in Information and Communication Technology. The study concluded that e-learning significantly enhanced self-training among doctoral students, as they received and engaged in various learning activities through the Padoc platform.
