الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسةمفهوم الذكاء التنظيمي من منظور سوسيولوجي , حيث حولنا ربط أبعاد هذا المفهوم مع أهم وأبرز المبادئ التي إرتكزت عليها المدارس النظرية منها الاتجاه الكلاسيكي ومدرسة العلاقات الانسانية و نظرية إتخاذ القرار ثم نظرية Z لوليام أوتشي , حيث ساهم هذا التراث العلمي في توسيع مفاهيمنا حولة طبيعة الظاهرة التنظيمية ونستفيد منه بما يناسب واقعنا وخصوصيتنا. This study deals with the concept of organizational intelligence from a sociological perspective, where we tried to link the dimensions of this concept with the most important and prominent principles upon which the theoretical schools were based, including the classical trend, the school of human relations, decision-making theory, and then William Ouchi’s Z theory, as this scientific heritage contributed to expanding our concepts about the nature of the phenomenon. Organizational and benefit from it in a way that suits our reality and our privacy.
