Quality is a key factor in a company’s development, as it reflects the organization’s ability to meet customer expectations more effectively. In this context, customer integration plays a crucial role. By involving customers in the product development process, companies can gain deeper insights into the market requirements, leading to improvements in both the performance and aesthetic quality of the final product. This article aims to examine the extent to which customer integration during the stages of new product development affects the quality of the final product, particularly in terms of performance and design. WAFA Company was selected as the subject of this study due to its long-standing reputation as a partner that actively involves customers delivering high-quality products. A questionnaire consisting of 20 Likert-scale items was developed and distributed to 15 relevant employees. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS (version 27) through Pearson correlation and linear regression. The results confirm that customer integration during the new product development phase has a significant impact on both aesthetic quality and performance quality.
