This study investigates the responsiveness of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to digital transformation mechanisms in a sample of Arab countries from 2004 to 2024. Utilizing a dynamic panel data approach, the study employs the Panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag (Panel ARDL) model with the Pooled Mean Group (PMG) estimator to examine both short-run and long-run dynamics. The empirical results confirm the existence of a long-run equilibrium relationship between digital transformation indicators - specifically E-government and mobile cellular subscriptions- and FDI inflows. The econometric findings reveal that E-government has a statistically significant positive impact on FDI in the long run, whereas its effect is insignificant in the short run. Conversely, mobile subscriptions exhibit a statistically significant negative (inverse) impact on FDI in the long run, with no significant effect observed in the short run
