ملمح المدينة في الفكر السوسيولوجي الجزائري نماذج مختارة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى مقاربة المدينة الجزائرية، من وجهة نظر أربعة من ألمع باحثيها، ممثلين في رشيد سيدي بومدين، عبد الحميد دليمي، ومدني صفار زيتون، بالإضافة إلى إسماعيل قيرة. وخلص سيدي بومدين إلى كون المدينة هي مشروع سياسي، ومن ثم يراهن على البحث في ممارسات الإدارة الحضرية وأساليب التنظيم التي تطبقها الدولة (التراثية) في المدن، في حين ينطلق دليمي من كون المدينة منتج متعدد الأبعاد وأن الإدارة البيروقراطية أداة منفذة للتوجه السياسي، بالإضافة إلى ما يفرضه سكانها. وانطلاقا من مثل هذه الازدواجية في رسم الواقع الحضري، يبرز صفار زيتون رفضه للمقاربة البرجوازية في معالجة مشكلات المدينة. ويذهب قيرة إلى أن ما يحدث في المدينة هو نتيجة لعدم رؤية تناقضات البناء الاجتماعي، وعدم كفاءة الأجهزة الرسمية التي تكرس الأوضاع القائمة. Abstract This research paper aims to approach the Algerian city, from the point of view of four of its most brilliant researchers, represented by Rachid Sidi Boumediene, Abdelhamid Dlimi, and Madani Saffar Zitoun, in addition to Ismail Qira. Sidi Boumediene concludes that the city is a political project, and therefore relies on research into urban management practices and organizational methods applied by the (heritage) state in cities. Meanwhile, Dlimi proceeds from the view that the city is a multidimensional product and that bureaucratic administration is an instrument implementing political orientations, in addition to what its inhabitants impose. Based on such duality in defining urban reality, Saffar Zitoun highlights his rejection of the bourgeois approach to addressing the city's problems. Qira argues that what is happening in the city is the result of a failure to see the contradictions in the social structure and the inefficiency of official agencies that perpetuate the existing situation.
