«مواقف حركة "بَرْسْبَكْتِيفْ- العامل التونسي" من علاقات الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل بالسلطة التونسية في الداخل (1963- 1981)»

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة: إشكالية العلاقات السياسية والمدنية في استراتيجية حركات المعارضة للسلطة التونسية، وأهدافها، من خلال التعرض لمواقف حركة "بَرْسْبَكْتِيفْ- العامل التونسي" من علاقات المنظمة النقابية الوطنية، "الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل"، بالسلطة التونسية في الداخل (1963- 1981). وتتناول أيضا، مساعي الحركة وتصوراتها لجعل المنظمة النقابية الوطنية، "الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل"، تقوم بدورها التاريخي الاجتماعي والشعبي. وتتمثل إشكالية هذه الدراسة، في مواقف حركة "بَرْسْبَكْتِيفْ- العامل التونسي" من علاقات "الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل الهامة والاستراتيجية، المؤثرة في مشروع الحركة لتكوين نواة لقوة عمالية تقود المجتمع إلى المرحلة الاشتراكية، في الفترة بين 1963 و1981. This study deals with: the problematic of political and civil relations in the strategy of the opposition movements to the Tunisian authority, and their objectives, by addressing the positions of the "Perspectives- El Amel Ettounsi" movement on the relations of the "Tunisian General Labor Union", with the Tunisian authority inside (1963-1981). It also deals with the movement's efforts and visions to make the organization, play its historical, social and popular role. The problem of this study is represented in the positions of the movement regarding the impact of the important and strategic relations of the "Tunisian General Labor Union", on the socialist movement's project. Cette étude traite la problématique des relations politiques et civiles dans la stratégie des mouvements d'opposition au pouvoir tunisien, et de leurs objectifs, à travers l'examen des attitudes du mouvement « Perspectives – El Amel Ettounsi » face aux relations de l'organisation syndicale nationale, « L’Union générale tunisienne du travail », avec l'autorité tunisienne à l'intérieur (1963-1981). Il aborde également les efforts et les visions du mouvement pour faire jouer à l’organisation nationale, son rôle social et populaire historique. La problématique de cette étude se présente dans les positions du mouvement concernant l'impact des relations stratégiques de l'organisation, sur le projet du mouvement socialiste.
