العمل كفضاء ثقافي: مقاربة سوسيولوجية في تحليل التفاعلات والتنظيمات داخل المؤسسة

الملخص
يحلل هذا المقال فضاء العمل بوصفه نسق ثقافي تنظيمي يتجاوز وظيفته الإنتاجية ليغدو مجال لإنتاج المعنى وإعادة تشكيل الهوية المهنية. ينطلق من سؤال مركزي حول كيف يصبح فضاء العمل مجال لإنتاج المعنى، وتنظيم الفعل، وإعادة تشكيل الهوية المهنية؟، واعتمد مقاربة سوسيولوجية تكاملية تجمع بين علم الاجتماع التنظيمي وتحليل الثقافة والتمثلات. تظهر الدراسة أن القواعد الرسمية لا تطبق بشكل آلي، بل يعاد تأويلها من قبل الفاعلين وفق هابيتوسهم المهني والثقافي، مما يجعل التنظيم سيرورة ثقافية مستمرة. كما يتبين أن الهوية المهنية تتشكل عبر تفاوض دائم بين الجذور الثقافية ومتطلبات الأداء الحديث، وأن اللغة والقيم والطقوس التنظيمية تمثل أدوات لإعادة إنتاج السلطة والاعتراف داخل المؤسسة. ويخلص المقال إلى أن فهم العمل يقتضي تجاوز المقاربة الأداتية والنظر إلى المؤسسة كحقل لإنتاج المعنى بقدر ما هي مجال لإنتاج القيمة. This article analyzes the workplace as a cultural and organizational system that transcends its productive function to become a field of meaning production and professional identity formation. It addresses how organizational rationality intersects with symbolic structures within institutions, adopting an integrative sociological approach combining organizational sociology with the analysis of culture and social representations. The study shows that formal rules are not mechanically applied but reinterpreted by actors through their professional and cultural habitus, making organization a continuous cultural process. Professional identity emerges through ongoing negotiation between cultural roots and modern performance demands, while language, values, and organizational rituals function as mechanisms of symbolic power and recognition. The article concludes that understanding work requires moving beyond instrumental approaches and viewing the institution as a field of meaning production as much as value production.
