معيقات استخدام المنصة التعليمية مودل( Moodle) من وجهة نظر اساتذة جامعة الاغواط

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن اهم معيقات استخدام المنصة التعليمية مودل (Moodle) من وجهة نظر اساتذة جامعة الاغواط ، وكذا المقارنة بين الاساتذة حديثي وقديمي التوظيف في استخدام منصة مودل والتعرف على الفروق فيما بينهم حسب (الاقدمية، الجنس)، ذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المقارن ، على عينة قوامها (63) استاذ واستاذة من جامعة الاغواط تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ،باستخدام اداة الاستبيان الذي تم بناءه من طرف الباحثة، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية اظهرت النتائج التالية: اهم معيقات استخدام منصة تعليمية مودل من وجهة نظر استاذ جامعة الاغواط هي معيقات متعلقة بتمكن وتكوين الاستاذ ، توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في معيقات استخدام المنصة تعليمية مودل بين الاساتذة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاساتذة حديثي وقديمي التوظيف في معيقات استخدام منصة مودل تعزى للاقدمية. Abstract: The current study aimed to uncover the most important obstacles to using the Moodle educational platform from the point of view of professors at the University of Laghouat, as well as to compare recent and old professors employed in using the Moodle platform and to identify the differences between them according to (seniority, gender), based on the descriptive analytical approach, on a sample of (64) male and female professors from the University of Laghouat who were chosen randomlyUsing the questionnaire tool that was built by the researcher, and after statistical processing, the following results were shown: The most important obstacles to using the Model educational platform from the point of view of the professor at the University of Laghouat are obstacles related to the ability and training of the professor. There are statistically significant differences in the obstacles to using the Model educational platform between professors attributed to the gender variable. There are no statistically significant differences between newly employed and old professors in the obstacles to using the Model platform attributed to seniority.
