The Impact Of Digitalization On Improving The Quality Of Logistics Services: A Case Study Of The Port Company -jenjen-jijel-algeria

الملخص
The objective of this study was to learn about the impact of the use of digitization in improving the quality of logistics services at DjenDjenport,for this purpose, we relied on the three dimensions: digital networks, digital software, digital devices to know this impact The questionnaire was used to collect data on the applied aspect of the 88sample study personnel selected in a simple random sample method. A series of statistical methods were adopted to process and analyze the study data using the statistical package program SPSS. The results showed that the level of use of digitization and the quality of logistics services is high from the point of view of workers at the Port of DjenDjen. And also showed a positive impact of the use of digitization in improving the quality of Djen Djen Port’s logistics services, due to the dimensions of digital software and hardware. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استخدام الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات اللوجستية بالمؤسسة المينائية جن جن، ولهذا الغرض اعتمدنا على الأبعاد الثلاثة: الشبكات الرقمية، البرمجيات الرقمية والأجهزة الرقمية لمعرفة هذا الأثر. تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالجانب التطبيقي من أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم 88 والذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد تم اعتماد مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لمعالجة وتحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية .spss أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى استخدام الرقمنة وجودة الخدمات اللوجستية مرتفعة من وجهة نظر العمال بالمؤسسة المينائية جن جن، كما أثبتت وجود أثر إيجابي لاستخدام الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات اللوجستية بالمؤسسة المينائية جن جن، ويرجع ذلك لبعدي البرمجيات والأجهزة الرقمية
