Logistics Performance Of The Port Of Algiers And Its Impact On The Efficiency Of Logistics Services: A Field Study

Abstract
this study investigates the impact of logistics performance on service efficiency at the Port of Algiers, utilizing a multidimensional framework that includes infrastructure, operational speed, procedural efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and digitalization. Through a quantitative approach and a structured questionnaire, the research addresses a significant empirical gap in maritime logistics literature. Findings reveal that both performance and efficiency currently operate at a moderate level with a positive upward trend. Notably, infrastructure is the most prominent performance driver, while economic efficiency leads service indicators. Statistical analyses—including Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression—confirm a significant positive relationship, with logistics performance explaining 57.6% of the variance in service efficiency. Procedural efficiency emerged as the most critical predictor of success. The study concludes that optimizing port operations necessitates streamlining administrative procedures, enhancing digital integration, and fostering stronger stakeholder coordination to achieve competitive logistics excellence. تتناول هذه الدراسة تحليل أثر الأداء اللوجستي على كفاءة الخدمات اللوجستية في ميناء الجزائر، وذلك بالاعتماد على إطار متعدد الأبعاد يشمل البنية التحتية، سرعة العمليات، كفاءة الإجراءات، التنسيق بين الفاعلين، والرقمنة. ومن خلال اعتماد منهج كمي واستخدام استبيان منظم، تسعى الدراسة إلى معالجة فجوة تجريبية مهمة في أدبيات اللوجستيات البحرية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن كلاً من الأداء اللوجستي وكفاءة الخدمات يعملان عند مستوى متوسط مع اتجاه إيجابي تصاعدي. كما تبين أن البنية التحتية تمثل العامل الأكثر بروزًا في تفسير الأداء، في حين تتصدر الكفاءة الاقتصادية أبعاد كفاءة الخدمات. وأكدت التحليلات الإحصائية، بما في ذلك معامل ارتباط بيرسون والانحدار الخطي المتعدد، وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرين، حيث يفسر الأداء اللوجستي ما نسبته 57.6% من التباين في كفاءة الخدمات. كما برزت كفاءة الإجراءات اللوجستية كأهم عامل مؤثر في تحقيق الأداء المتميز. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن تحسين كفاءة الخدمات اللوجستية يتطلب تحسين العمليات داخل الميناء من خلال تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية، وتعزيز التكامل الرقمي، وتقوية التنسيق بين مختلف الفاعلين، بما يسهم في تحقيق التميز التنافسي في المجال اللوجستي.
